1896 Greek Discobous Stamps

1896 Greek Discobolus Stamps

Shown above are two stamps showing the Discobolus statue from the 1896 set of 12 stamps to commemorate the revival of the Olympic Games in Athens, Greece. These were the first stamps in the world to show the statue of Discobolus.
