Second Day of Issue Cancel for the 1994 "General" Stamp

This souvenir cover was issued the day after the release of the General stamp in ceremonies at the Big Shanty Museum (now known as the Kennesaw Civil War Museum). For the occasion, the U.S. Postal Service authorized a special pictorial cancel incorporating an image of the General.
