Centennial of Capitol Cornerstone

Rededication of Georgia's

State Capitol Cornerstone

Because members of Atlanta's Masonic lodge were involved in constructing Georgia's state capitol and had participated in the ceremonies marking the laying of the cornerstone in 1885, Georgia Masons were asked to rededicate the cornerstone according to Masonic ritual.
