Taliaferro County Historic Population Profile

Taliaferro (pronounced "Tol-i-ver") County was created on Dec. 24, 1825 by an act of the General Assembly. The new country was formed from portions of Greene, Hancock, Oglethorpe, Warren, and Wilkes counties,
