Old Carroll County Courthouse -- Early 1900s

 

Shown above is a photo of Carroll County's second courthouse, which was built in the 1880s and used until it burned in 1927. There is no postmark or other identification markings on the postcard to indicate a date for the card or photo -- though the photo had to have been taken in 1927 or earlier.
