Dougherty County Courthouse -- Early 1900s

 

Shown above is Dougherty County's second courthouse, which was built in the 1904 and used until 1968. The postcard, printed in Germany, has no postmark or other identification markings to date the card or photo. Because there is a space on the address side for a personal message (something prohibited by federal law until March 1907), the photo likely dates from 1907 or afterwards.
