 Effingham County Courthouse Postcard

Old Effingham County Courthouse -- Early 1900s

 

This postcard contains a postmark dated Oct. 16, 1917, from Springfield, Ga. As the courthouse was completed in 1908, the photo on the card was taken at some point between those two dates.
