Old Fannin County Courthouse -- Early 1900s

 

 Shown here is Fannin County's second courthouse -- a two-story brick building erected in 1895-96 and used until it burned in 1936. Because the post card has a space for personal messages on the address side (something that was not legal in the U.S. until March 1907), this photo probably was taken in 1907 or afterwards.
