Ware County Courthouse Postcard

Ware County Courthouse -- Early 1900s

This postcard shows a black-and-white photo of the Ware County courthouse that has been hand-tinted in color. The postcard contains no postmark or other means of identifying the date of its printing and use. However, the address side of the card has a space for a personal message, which federal law only allowed after March 1907. The only vehicles shown in the photo are horse-drawn wagons, which would suggest that the photo was taken in the first two decades of the 20th century.
