 Old Ware County Courthouse Postcard

Old Ware County Courthouse -- Early 1900s

 

This postcard, printed in Great Britain, bears a Nov. 2, 1908 postmark from Glenmore, Ga. The address side of the card has a space for personal messages, which was prohibited by federal law until March 1907. Consequently, though the courthouse was built in 1891, the photograph probably dates from 1907 or 1908.
