Washington County Courthouse -- Early 1900s

 

This mint postcard, printed in Germany for the G.S. Chapman Co. in Sandersville, Ga., contains no postmark or other means of identifying the date of its printing and use. However, the address side of the card has a space for a personal message, which federal law prohibited until March 1907. The photo most likely dates to 1907-1910.
