U.S. Flag With Olympic Rings Stamp On April 21, 1991, the U.S. Postal Service issued a booklet of 10 29-cent stamps showing the U.S. flag above the Olympic Rings. First day of issue ceremonies were held in Atlanta on the final day of the city's Dogwood Festival to mark Atlanta's selection to host the 1996 Summer Olympics.
