PEACH STATE STAMP SHOW '96 AND THE DEALER AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
1. The Course Committee of PSSS '96 agree to furnish the Dealer with Bourse space at PSSS '96, to be held October 26-27, 1996 at the Classic Center, 300 N. Thomas Street, Athens, Georgia. Tables will be provided according to the following schedule:
L-shaped Booth ($350) 1 front table (30" x 8')
1 side table (30" x 8')
2 back tables (18" x 8')
DEPOSIT REQUIRED $175.00
All tables will have covers and include a suitable number of chairs. Table assignments will be selected by the Bourse Committee based on receipt date of completed contract and deposit. The balance of booth fees will be due and payable 8 am Saturday, October 26, 1996.
2. I (Dealer or Representative listed hereon) agree to sell philatelic related items and to identify any items that are counterfeit or that have been regummed, reperfed, altered or repaired.
3. Tables may not be shared, transferred, sold or subject to another person or company. No extra sales tables will be allowed. Under no circumstances will customers be allowed behind the dealer's table.
4. The Organizing Committee will take all necessary and practical steps to insure the safety and careful treatment of materials during the exhibition. However, neither the Peach State Stamp Show , nor any of its members, nor The Classic Center, nor any of it's personnel shall be held responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury that may occur before, during or after the show to any contractor or his/her personnel.
5. Security will be supplied between 6 pm to 9 am Friday and Saturday nights. Access to Show area or Security Rooms will not be allowed to anyone (Dealer or Committee member) during non-show hours. Dealers are expected to insure themselves against loss.
6. The Show Chairman shall have exclusive right to restrict the use of any audio and visual devices and to make final decisions regarding ethics, disagreements and/or other matters during the course of the show.
7. This is a NON-SMOKING BUILDING. SMOKING BY DEALERS AND CUSTOMERS IS PROHIBITED AT THIS SHOW.
