2. My name is on the reservation sheet for a training program, but I cannot attend. May someone else take my place?
Yes. A substitute can fax another registration form with his or her name on it. A cover sheet indicating the name of the person the substitute is replacing also should be included.
3. How do I access credits for training courses I took several years ago or last year?
