Executive Coaching
Top-level state and local government leaders can receive personalized feedback to help them become more effective in their organizations. Through Vinson Institute executive coaching, department and agency heads, city or county managers, directors, and others can work one-on-one with trained Institute coaches who specialize in and understand the governmental context.
Coaching is available to enhance executive-level professional development needs through conducting skills assessments, examining leadership and management styles, evaluating strengths and weakness, and other approaches.
