Leaders at the highest levels of Georgia's state agencies work one-on-one and in groups during the Institute's Executive Leadership Development Program to help better understand and refine their leadership performance. Using a number of techniques, Vinson Institute faculty help executives identify their strengths and areas for growth. In the classroom, participants delve into and discuss the importance of a variety of advanced leadership concepts and how to apply them in their own agencies.
The Executive Leadership Development Program curriculum is anchored in three core elements.
1. GOV360™ comprehensive assessment
