For more than 80 years, the Vinson Institute has worked with public officials throughout Georgia and around the world to improve governance and people's lives. Tracy Harper

Human Resources Specialist
Office of Administration

Ms. Harper is the Institute's human resources professional, responsible for coordinating and managing the human resources program for CVIOG, including recruitment and placement, identification of wage/salary classification, and orientation and staff benefits activities. In addition, she is responsible for providing a variety of complex administrative functions and program assistance for the Director's Office and the Office of Administration. She serves as the primary support for the Deputy Director and Assistant Directors.

Prior to joining the Institute in July 2007, Ms. Harper worked in the University's Office of Legal Affairs.
