Linda Seagraves

Ms. Seagraves serves as the primary Institute liaison to client agencies in the management and direction of human resource management projects. Linda coordinates the projects, supervises report preparation, classifies positions, restructures agency payrolls in compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act, creates and updates salary scales, provides progress reports to agency personnel, and provides technical assistance regarding human resource management issues.

Ms. Seagraves also assists in coordinating searches for city and county managers by providing information to clients and applicants, customizing and preparing search materials, and conducting education and experience background checks.

Other responsibilities include providing training to agency personnel concerning project implementation and coordinating large scale surveys for various classification and compensation studies.
