Sandrika Walker

Administrative Specialist
Governmental Training, Education, and Development

Ms. Walker serves as the primary administrative assistant to the Associate Director in the management of all Governmental Training, Education, and Development Division (GTED) business. She assists in the preparation of GTED reports and correspondence, handles various HR related functions, and assists GTED faculty and staff with tasks related to local government trainings and conferences. Ms. Walker also assists with the coordination of training events conducted by the Division Director’s Office.

Ms. Walker is a native Athenian and graduated from Troy University in 2008 with a master of sciences degree in human resource management. In 2001, she obtained a bachelor of arts degree in political science and sociology from the University of Georgia. Prior to joining the Institute in 2008, Ms. Walker worked at the University’s Institute for Behavioral Research for 6 years.
