State Training

State employees can take their knowledge and leadership skills to the next level through the Institute's many state training programs, from professional development programs that cover a broad array of financial, legislative, and special topics, to certification programs in leadership and management.

Front Line Leadership Program

Whether you are a department or function supervisor, a team lead, or a project supervisor, you can sharpen your skills for your current role and prepare yourself for management-level leadership in the Institute's Front Line Leadership Program.

This program is designed to help rising front line managers learn the fundamentals of leading successful teams while being customer-focused and results-driven.

Participants will complete and present an assigned project and will produce a personal action plan at the conclusion of the program.
