About the Georgia Leadership Institute - State Training
Since its establishment in 1928, the Carl Vinson Institute of Government has been helping state officials improve the quality of life for the people of Georgia through a variety of programs. For training, education, and development, what began primarily in the form of short courses and research forums has expanded over 80 years to include comprehensive professional education opportunities for elected and appointed state officials, administrators, managers, and department heads—whether they be new, seasoned, or in-between.
