This program includes a 360-degree feedback survey and two-and-a-half hours of time with a certified coach. The program is divided into two sessions.
- The first one-hour, coach-led session includes feedback from the 360-degree survey and the development of a detailed, customized Individual Development Plan (IDP) with measurable developmental objectives.
- Three months later, an additional 90-minute session will be held. This session includes a discussion with the same career development coach on progress made towards achieving personal development goals of the IDP.
Extra coaching hours and a Hogan Assessment instrument are also available upon request for additional cost.
