Front Line Leadership

This course targets aspiring supervisors and managers—people who supervise or indirectly influence others, such as a team member or peer. They may be department or function supervisors, team leads, or project supervisors/leads. They are not only improving skills for their current roles but also preparing for the next, higher role.

This program is designed to help front line managers develop the skills they need to lead successful teams. These skills will ensure that our leadership community is principle-centered, customer-focused, and results-driven.

  • Staff Motivation

There is a project assignment to complete during the 4–5 week break with a presentation of the project upon return and a Personal Action Plan to complete at the conclusion of the program.
