This course targets middle managers—those who manage supervisors or other managers. They may be facility, program, department, or function managers. They are not only improving their skills for current roles but are also preparing for future executive roles.
The program goes beyond simple content delivery by engaging and challenging participants with real-world problem-solving situations. Each participant will select a problematic organizational challenge, which will be the basis for the development of a change project throughout the program.
