Classification/Compensation Studies

These studies help ensure that employees are being paid equitably and in line with current standards, and they include development of performance appraisal systems, which involves training supervisory personnel to implement the process.

Government Executive Searches

Governments seeking to hire managers and major department heads gain expertise in such areas as writing and posting an accurate job description, resume review, background checks, conducting the interview process, making the job offer, and closing the search.

Promotional Testing

Testing and risk analysis faculty and staff help in the development of legally defensible promotional systems, conduct entry-level and promotional testing, and assess the strengths and weaknesses of promotional systems.
