The International Center collaborated with ENAM—The National School of Administration and Law—to build ENAM’s capacity to train faculty and civil servants from Burkina Faso and eight neighboring countries. The Center assisted with the development of a political science department at the University of Ouagadougou, and in addition to assisting the university in the development of political science courses, also taught an online course in comparative public administration and policy analysis. The Center also collaborated with the Center for Democratic Governance in Burkina Faso in training election workers, directors of nongovernmental organizations, and female members of the legislature.
