State and federal agencies, international organizations, and nonprofits have relied on ITOS to originate systems and generate GIS data for better efficiency and access to information. They benefit from ITOS's experience with a diverse array of projects including the High Resolution National Hydrography Dataset, the Georgia Department of Transportation (DOT) State Map Update, and the Georgia Forestry Commission Fire Locator Maps.

Current major projects include NAHRGIS, an interactive Web-based catalog of the natural, archaeological, and historic resources of Georgia. ITOS also has an ongoing collaboration with Georgia DOT to produce County Series Maps and to improve data capture and maintenance strategies within Georgia DOT.
