Newsworthy (Spring 2009) - Award-Winning Service

The Institute's Information Technology Outreach Services Division (ITOS) is the recipient of a 2009 Special Achievement Award from ESRI, a national leader in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technology.

ITOS was recognized for their outstanding GIS support to multiple government entities and international organizations ranging from cities and counties to state agencies to the U.S. Agency for International Development. The award will be presented to the unit during an international conference in July.
