Child and family policy specialists Rachel Hagues, Mary Hermann, Allison McWilliams, and Melinda Moore recently made a presentation at the annual conference of the National Association of Counsel for Children's Law. An article authored by Hagues and Moore on legislating juvenile sex offenders was published in the association's 2008 law manual.
