At the May 31, 2001, joint meeting of the study committee and the advisory committee, a series of briefing papers was distributed. These briefing papers were prepared by the Carl Vinson Institute of Government staff to provide information and insights gleaned from other state planning efforts that might prove of value in developing the framework for Georgia's state water management plan.
