Jim Ledbetter, Vinson Institute director, was recently elected president of the Southern Consortium of University Public Service Organizations (SCUPSO). The organization partners with the Southern Growth Policies Board to improve regional policy making and management through a range of instructional activities and research. SCUPSO also facilitates networking and collaboration among its 40 member institutions.
