Advanced commissioners training aims for more effective leaders

Georgia county commissioners participating in the Certified Commissioners Advanced Program (CCAP) attended a leadership institute in Athens, March 21-23. The three-day program, cosponsored by the Vinson Institute and the Association County Commissioners of Georgia, featured nationally recognized training and development consultants and speakers, The participants also engaged in role-playing activities designed to cultivate and enhance leadership skills.
