The editorial team and advisory board for the Review of Public Personnel Administration (ROPPA) gathered for a strategic planning session in Washington, D.C. recently to set the future direction of the national journal. Steve Condrey (first on left in photo), Vinson Institute faculty member and director of the Human Resource Management program, is editor-in-chief of ROPPA, which serves the Section on Personnel Administration and Labor of the American Society for Public Administration.
"ROPPA is considered the top journal in its subfield and is one of the most highly rated journals in public administration, overall," notes Condrey. "Our editors and nationally respected advisory board members want to ensure that we continue to provide human resource management administrators with cutting edge research and insights so they can carry out their complicated jobs with the highest level of effectiveness."
