Institute Announces New Debt Administration Online Course

Local government employees can now take advantage of the newest online course being offered through the Local Finance Officer Certification Program. The Debt Administration course will instruct participants in basic concepts and terminology in the issuance of general obligation and revenue bonds. Industry best practices will also be reviewed. By completing this 12-hour online course, students will gain knowledge and skills that will help them understand the process of issuing debt in a government.
