The meeting took place in the context of new Georgian electoral and campaign finance reform laws that the country passed ahead of upcoming parliamentary elections.
Delegation members included Giorgi Kekelishvili, auditor at the Chamber of Control of Georgia; Nina Khatiskatsi, program director at Transparency International of Georgia; Lela Taliuri, elections project coordinator at the Georgian Young Lawyers Association; Maia Tsiklauri, reporter for Liberali, LLC; Nato Zaalishvili, general counsel for the Georgian Chamber of Control; and Tinatin Museridze, senior administrator and financial manager for the Georgia Branch Office of the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs.
