All orders must be prepaid or submitted on purchase orders. The Institute encourages its customers to use the online ordering system, as this is a secure method of performing a credit card transaction. If, however, you wish to place your order by phone, mail or fax (purchase orders only; credit cards not accepted for fax orders) please feel free to do so.

Subscription Cancellations
Subscription cancellations for the Suggested Pattern Jury Instructions will only be accepted within 10 days of date of order.
Sales Tax
The Carl Vinson Institute of Government is required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to Georgia addresses. For each visitor to the Carl Vinson Institute of Government's Web site, our Web server automatically recognizes only that information that is collected in access logs: domain name, browser, operating system, referrer, and pages visited in the cviog.uga.edu domain.
