The Georgia PMP is a systematic, integrated approach that:
- Drives individual and organizational performance
- Promotes and supports the Governor’s vision for Georgia being the "Best Managed State"
- Translates organizational goals to individual performance expectations
- Links an employee’s performance expectations to the mission, vision, and goals of the agency and the State
- Articulates WHAT an employee needs to accomplish and HOW to accomplish these goals
- Provides a uniform PMP approach enterprise-wide
All classes will be held in the Floyd Building (Twin Towers) Suite 1916, in the Johnson Training Room, Atlanta, GA 30034. Training times are from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. All visitors are required to show a driver’s license or other acceptable form of photo identification to security personnel before entering the building. The Pete Hackney parking lot accepts cash only for parking.
There is required pre-work prior to attending class. Upon registration, along with your confirmation, you will be given a link to print out your pre-work.
