Bio:
Anna Wrigley Miller joined the Institute of Government in 2021, where she assists state agencies with state data analytics and performance management projects. Prior to joining the Institute of Government, she worked for the Georgia Lottery Corporation and the Governor’s Office of Planning and Budget. In her role at The Office of Planning and Budget, Anna was the division director over two divisions: Planning, Research, Evaluation and Communications Division, and the General Government Division. She was the Chair of the Georgia Occupational Regulation Review Council, co-chair of the 2020 Census Complete Count Committee, and State Liaison to the U.S. Census Bureau. She was responsible for agency strategic plans, performance measures, oversight of the state bond portfolio and fiscal notes.
