Laura Bayne is responsible for managing and coordinating UGA’s Certified Public Manager® program and other local leadership programs for the Governmental Training, Education and Development division.

Prior to joining the Institute of Government in 2022, Laura was the Development and Alumni Relations Coordinator at the School of Public and International Affairs. In addition, she has experience in communications doing project management for multiple units of Development and Alumni Relations at UGA.
