As Business Manager III, Missy’s responsibilities include supervision of staff. She plans, organizes, and oversees the fiscal financial operation, HR/payroll, and purchasing activities of the ITOS division. She is also responsible for the financial management of restricted accounts, including projects that are solicited through the Computer Aid, Inc. (CAI) System. Prior to joining the Institute of Government, Missy worked at the Franklin College of Arts & Sciences in the Psychology Department. She has over 23 years of experience in the university environment.
