Bio:
Timothy joined the Institute of Government in 2019 as a research professional with the Survey Research and Evaluation unit. Prior to joining the Institute of Government, he worked with AmeriCorps civic engagement programs on college campuses across South Carolina and with Georgia 4-H programs for UGA Cooperative Extension.
