The Innovating Georgia’s Workforce Pipeline Conference brought together partners in workforce development, education, business and economic development to learn about promising practices and emerging ideas to build our state’s talent pipeline.
Attendees explored the opportunities and challenges for workforce development in rural Georgia. Attendees heard from national and state innovators, gained additional insights and resources and networked with new partners.

Experiential learning is a proven strategy for connecting young adults to the workplace. This session will feature research and strategies on how to create and replicate high quality experiential learning opportunities for high school students.
