These procedures are based on the location of the training facility. Advisements are made by 6:30 a.m. CVIOG coordinator's voice mail will reflect if area class is cancelled or not.

Athens (specifically UGA campus training facilities)
By policy, the University makes one of three announcements:
- UGA is open and operating on a regular schedule.
- UGA is closed.
- UGA will delay opening until a specific time.
